This is an event where speed does not matter. Simply predict your finish time over the 5km or 10km course. Closest to predicted times are the winners.
Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in both male and female open classes
All participants in the 5km and 10km run will receive a long sleeve cotton tee. Register by December 10 to guarantee size and availability on race day
Race kits can be picked up at Run For Your Life inside the St. Thomas Health & Wellness Centre 39 Burwell Rd, St. Thomas, Ontario. Friday December 30th between 11:00am and 5:00pm or on race day between 11:00am and 2:00pm.
There will be water stations and marshals on course.

5km & 10km predictor runs start at 2:30
Following the run there will be refreshments and awards back at the Store.
